Aquatic Zone

In our aquatic area you can relax in the sauna, Turkish bath and Solarium as well as enjoy a variety of fun activities like Water gym, swimming, and Water spinning.  

We offer swimming classes to suit all ages and levels. Children of all ages can take advantage of an extensive timetable for swimming classes. For more information please send and email from this page.

In our Back Care Program we will study the possible anomaly or pathology and prescribe specific exercises inside and outside the water to correct these problems.

Swimming School

The NCT Swimming Program is a specialized school has been giving swimming classes to babies, children and adults.

Since then, hundreds of children and adults alike have come to our centre to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to swim with confidence and safety. Our education is guaranteed.

The NCT teaching team is made up of instructors qualified for teaching swimming and different types of sports.

Back Care Program

It is a health program that will help to prevent and improve all kinds of pathologies of the spine. It is intended for people of different ages and physical conditions, and is supervised and directed by the best team on the Costa del Sol including:

-Physiotherapists,

-Teachers with Bachelors in Physical Education and Sports and

-Swimming instructors.

-The program can be carried out on an individual basis or in groups, using standard protocols
